SEASONAL SITE'S |

CENTRAL RESORT
The 2013 seasonal rate is $3400 and is due April 1, 2013. After April 1, no 2013 seasonal sites will be offered. If the seasonal rate is paid in full by Dec 31, 2012, the rate is discounted to $3000; and if paid by February 15, 2013: $3200. The seasonal rate of $3400.00 increases to $3600.00 when paid in 5 installments as followed: March 31 to July 31, 2013: $720.00 each month. No refund on seasonal payments if site is vacated.
SEASONAL SITES: EAST DELUXE
The 2013 seasonal rate is $3700.00 and is due April 1, 2013. After April 1st NO 2013 seasonal sites will be offered. If the seasonal rate is paid by December 31, 2012, the rate is discounted to $3300.00; and if paid by February 15, 2013 $3500.00. There are NO monthly installment plans for these seasonal sites.
The seasonal rate does NOT include electric which will be separately metered. If a seasonal contract is terminated early by the RVer, the monthly rate will be applied retroactively.
Only Sites that Twin Grove Management pick are for seasonal sites. If interested please contact management for a listing of sites that are currently available. Ask for Missy or Arlene. |

Weekend in Season - Minimum 2 nights. 1 night deposit required.
Holiday Weekend - Minimum 3 nights. 1 night, non refundable deposit required.
All days must be paid in full 60 days prior to Holiday Weekend.
ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE PAID IN FULL 1 WEEK PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
One night deposit is required when making a reservation. No sites willl be held unless one night deposit is received.
Reservation Guarantee Deposit - A credit card deposit equal to the registration charges for your first night will
be required to guarantee a reservation. The deposit will be charged at the time of the reservation.
Express Check-In available Memorial Day - Labor Day every Friday from 3pm to 8pm. |

Dog Policy - Twin Grove Campground is pet friendly and We welcome our campers who enjoy traveling and sharing their camping experience with the family dog and / or cat. However, to insure all of our guests have a safe and enjoyable time, it is important that you read and abide by the following pet policy:
1. Aggressive dogs of any breed are not welcome at any Twin Grove Resort and Campground. If your dog shows behavior that is protective and unfriendly to strangers, please leave it home. If you decide to bring your dog and it exhibits aggressive behavior, the owner or management of the Twin Grove Resort and Campground will ask you to please find other camping accommodations. Twin Grove Resort and Campground is privately owned and operated and some campgrounds may have policies against accepting certain breeds that have been identified by major insurance providers as having a history of unfriendly and aggressive behavior to both other dogs and to humans. We will deal with each breeds on a Individual bases if any issues occur.
2. All dogs are required to be under the control and visual observation of their owner at all times. A 6' (six foot) leash rule is in effect whenever the animal is outside the owner's camping trailer, vehicle, cabin, or motorhome. No dog should be left tied up and unattended.
3. Allowing your pet to bark uncontrollably day or night will not be permitted and you may be asked to leave if you are not able to control your pet's barking behavior.
4. Pet rules unique to the location will be addressed at time of reservation or registration. We encourage all dog owners to call in advance to inquire about any specific rules that might apply to their situation. Twin Grove Campground does not allow pets in Family and Deluxe Cottages. However Twin Grove Resort and Campground does allow pets in certain Standard Cottages and Cabins. Please call to inquire about availability for you and your pet.
5. Service dogs of any breed are welcome at Twin Grove Resort and Campground. However, these animals must follow leash restraint policies and may not exhibit aggressive behavior. |
